Schedule for EIU, This Week

This week is pretty easy, compare to last week.  Here's the schedule:

• Tuesday/Thursday: 6-9 PM Rehearsals as usual.

• Saturday*: EIU Panther Marcher Band Festival - Call time 11:00 am (Eat Lunch before), performance at 5:45 pm, return at about 11:00 pm. (Head's UP!  My kid did the math, and tells me that it's probably Midnight before they get home.)

• Students need show shirts, shorts, black socks, tennis shoes, band polo. May bring sweats/jacket for evening (black, CTM logo preferred). 
• Students may want a bus snack, and bring $6.00+ for concessions and dinner stop in Effingham or a sack dinner.

Tech Tip: If you add our Google Calendar to your Google (or Google-enabled calendar) and have the corresponding app on your phone/tablet, you can tap to get the directions to an event when you check the calendar, making getting there all the easier. Tapping "map" will open your map app and you can start your driving directions for turn-by-turn instructions.

• To link up calendars: Use the Google calendar button in the lower right corner of the Google Calendar to link our calendar to yours (you don't need special permissions, we don't get your address or info). 
• To simply get the driving instructions any time, on any device: Open our web site calendar from your device, tap the "map" link in the event description, and go!
