What: 4th Annual Marching Band Season Fall Potluck Tailgate Kick Off!
Where:
Carbondale High School
When:
September 5, 2014 - 5:30 pm until game time
This is a chance to meet one another
before the game, visit, relax and enjoy the beginning of the new band season
together!
Please RSVP to Leigh Ann Kristiansen by Friday, August 29 so we know how much food to purchase and prepare. Band and guard members should not plan on eating at the
tailgate. We will grill hot dogs for them and serve them in the stands after
half time.

Band Camp is here and in full swing. If you have any pictures from camp to share please send them to webmaster12@gmail.com
Preview night that was scheduled for August 12th has been postponed until a time in September. Please check the calendar and website for when that will be.
Booster Meeting will be on Monday, August 18th. Hope to see a lot of the new parents there.

A message from our Booster President
Dear Senior Parents:
When a student graduates CCHS, the remaining funds in their band account shall be moved to the general Booster fund on the last day of June of that school year. If an account is to be left active for a younger sibling expected to enter the program, a parent or guardian of the student shall notify the Treasurer of the expected entrance date, in writing, prior to the last day in June.
Email messages to the Treasurer are accepted. (cchsbandtreasurer@gmail.com)
If you would like to still support the CCHS Band by using a Kroger gift card, please email the Treasurer whether you would like the funds to be directed to the Director's Account or to Scholarships.
